Titanium zirconium molybdenum strip foil has higher recrystallization temperature, high temperature creep strength and high temperature tensile strength than pure molybdenum. TZM strip foil is widely used in lighting and electric vacuum devices, power semiconductor devices, heat shields, molybdenum sputtering targets, molybdenum boats, etc. due to its good high temperature characteristics and corrosion resistance.
