4. Craft of Stamping #315 Evaporated Coated Tungsten Boat:
When preparing a stamped tungsten boat:
1.) use a mold to bend the tungsten plate into a part with a certain angle, or bend the bent part again.
2.) deep drawing is to use a die tungsten plate to press into a hollow part of any shape, or to further deform the hollow part.
3.) use a mold to turn the hole or outer edge of the tungsten plate into a straight wall. The die is used to apply an outward radial force to the hollow part to expand the local diameter.
4.) After the expansion, the die is used to apply radial pressure from the outside to the inside on the mouth of the hollow part to reduce the local diameter. The blank is placed in the die cavity and pressed to extrude it from the die cavity to form hollow or solid parts. The end of the sheet is rolled into a nearly closed round head for processing hinge-like parts. A deformation method in which the radial dimension of a hollow or tubular blank is enlarged at a certain position.
5.)Finally, the bent or drawn workpiece is pressed into the correct boat shape.
