The molybdenum boat has excellent dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and creep resistance, has a long service life and is not easy to deform.A molybdenum lanthanum boat with better ductility and creep resistance can also be provided. Adding a small amount of lanthanum oxide (0.3%~0.7%) to pure molybdenum has a more stable microstructure and a higher recrystallization temperature, which can prevent premature embrittlement or fracture of the molybdenum boat.
