1. Information Of CuW90 Tungsten Copper Alloy Rod ASTM B702:
The composition of tungsten copper alloy is tungsten and copper. It is made of fine tungsten and copper powder through powder sintering. It combines the high density, high hardness, and high wear resistance of tungsten with the electrical conductivity of copper. The content of copper in tungsten copper alloy is 10% to 50%, and the rest is tungsten. The properties of tungsten-copper alloy are closely related to its composition. The lower the copper content, the higher the density, hardness and resistivity of tungsten-copper alloy. The density of tungsten is 19.34g/cm3, the density of CuW90 is 16.75g/cm3, and the density of CuW50 is 11.85g/cm3. The density, hardness and resistivity of CuW90 are higher than CuW50.
Tungsten-copper alloy rod: The manufacturing process of tungsten-copper alloy rod includes static pressure forming, high temperature sintering, and copper infiltration. All tungsten copper alloy rods can be produced according to customer requirements.
