1. Information Of Molybdenum Copper Rod For Aerospace:
The performance of molybdenum copper, a composite material made of molybdenum and copper, is comparable to that of tungsten copper. It also has adjustable thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient. However, molybdenum copper has a far lower density than tungsten copper, making it more appropriate for use in the aircraft industry and other sectors.
Having strong strength, high specific gravity, high temperature resistance, arc ablation resistance, good electrical conductivity and heating performance, and good processing performance, molybdenum-copper alloy combines the benefits of copper and molybdenum. To assure product purity and accuracy of ratio, fine structure, and outstanding performance, isostatic pressing (high temperature sintering-copper infiltration) is used in conjunction with high-quality molybdenum powder and oxygen-free copper powder. Good thermal conductivity, modest thermal expansion, good electrical conductivity, and good arc breaking performance.
